Wok vegetables with sweet and sour

How can I do?

Cut onions and peppers diced. Lamellae with carrots.

In a wok, put 1c. Coffee olive oil. Saute onions, peppers and carrots until they are soft.

Mix cornstarch with water and add 8cl in wok. Add bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and pineapple.

Tomato sauce, rice vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small can of bean sprouts
  • 30g bamboo shoots
  • Diced 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper.

Yield: 2 people
