Azuki jam with vanilla and rapadura

How can I do?

The day before, azuki beans served in a bowl with a good amount of water.

The next day, discard the soaking water, bring to a boil with the azukis about 40 cl of water to stop cooking, then drain. Replace azukis the pan with 30 ml water.
Cook 15 minutes, then add the rapadura and scraped vanilla bean.

Cook over low heat for about 1 hour (the beans must be easily crushed if it is not, continue to cook).

Sterilized potting, as such, if you want small pieces, or the mixer in order to obtain a smooth paste.
