Wet floncons millet, ginger and poppy

How can I do?

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 6). Grease 6 muffin cups.

In a bowl, combine flour, millet flakes and yeast.
Crack an egg and mix. Stir in the milk and oil and mix.
Add the agave nectar, ginger and poppy seeds. Mixing.

Pour this batter into pans and bake 20 minutes. Let cool on a rack soft at room temperature.



Ingredients:
  • 40g flour half

  • Complete

  • 60g millet flakes

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons + cup agave syrup

  • 10cl of milk powder (10 cl water + 10 g milk powder)

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • ½ teaspoon

  • 1 cup tablespoons poppy seeds

  • 1 cup coffee ground ginger

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 40 min
Yield: 6 people
