How can I do?
The Peel carrots and potatoes. Slice and dice.
In a saucepan, pour a little olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the carrots and potatoes. Fry a few minutes.
Add the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat.
After about 15 minutes, the lentils, the previously rinsed under cold water. Cook for about fifteen minutes.
Season with a little coriander, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
