Veggie Burger Tomato and Feta

How can I do?

Wash eggplant and cut into small dés.Dans pan, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Put the eggplant cubes and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Add the garlic, tomatoes, lemon juice, harissa, cumin and salt. Allow to cool.

Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley. Crumble the feta.

In each bun with sesame seeds, spread the preparation of eggplant, tomatoes, a little parsley and feta.
Enjoy immediately.
