Vegetables truffle with pistachio and olive oil

How can I do?

Melt chocolate with olive oil, cream, oats and rice syrup in a water bath. Add pureed pistachios. Mix well. Cool completely in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take a spoonful of mixture. Roll shape into a ball, in the bitter cocoa. Truffles, do so in this manner.


  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped (min. 70%)
  • 10cl oat cream
  • Cup chopped pistachio puree 1.5
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons cup rice syrup to taste
  • unsweetened cocoa
