Vegetable tartare

How can I do?

Cut cut the vegetables and apple into small cubes.

Cook the vegetables separately for 1 minute, then dip it in ice water. Book cold.

Prepare the vinaigrette. In a bowl, oil, vinegar, honey or agave syrup, salt, pepper, chives and almonds. Mix the dressing with vegetables.

Pour into ramekins and turn the ramekins on a plate. Serve with a salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of almonds coarsely ground
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ Endive
  • 1 leek
  • ½ apple
  • 1 shallot
  • Chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 c. Coffee olive oil
  • 1 c. Coffee cider vinegar
  • 1 c. Honey or agave syrup coffee

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 50 minutes
Yield: 2 people
