Vegetable Curry

How can I do?

Chop the onion. Cut Cut carrots into thin strips. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and hull the beans.

In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, the facial expressions, cumin and carrot juice and mix well.

Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. The vegetables and simmer until they revealed soft.

  • 1 onion

  • 2 small carrots

  • 320g broccoli

  • 200g green beans

  • 320g carbon

  • Flower

  • 25 cl vegetables gluten

  • 12 oz carrot juice

  • 1 cup on s. Olive oil

  • 440g cans of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper powder

  • 1 cup to cup cumin

  • Pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 35 minutes
Yield: 4 people
