Vegetable Burger azukis

How can I do?

Peel the onion and go to mix with azukis to obtain a puree. Add the corn flakes, sesame, seaweed and the egg Tamari. Pepper.

Heat a little oil in a pan, place small mounds of dough and flatten slightly with a spatula. Koch (to pull when the cake starts from the pan) at least 5 minutes over medium heat, then with a spatula back. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Serve hot.

  • 1 cup cooked azukis
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup half cereals (oats, rice, rye, quinoa, …)
  • 1 cup chopped sesame
  • 2 cup tablespoons tamari (soy sauce)
  • 1 cup chopped seaweed flakes
  • 1 egg
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
