Vegan Pad Thai

How can I do?

Boil a pot of water, then pour the udon noodles. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain. Book.

In a small pot of water to a boil and melt the vegetable stock cube.

Sauté garlic with a dash of olive oil in a wok, then add the diced tofu, tamari sauce, vegetable broth, lime juice and spices and mix well for a few minutes. Drained noodles and bring about the preparation, so that they develop the taste. Then add sprouts and cashew nuts while continuing to stir until everything well balanced.



Ingredients:
  • 125g udon noodles with whole wheat flour

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 125g firm tofu cut into small cubes

  • 2 cup chopped tamari sauce

  • 60 ml of nutrient solution

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 cup of coffee coriander

  • 1 cup of coffee peppers

  • 1 cup curry powder

  • 50 g bean sprouts

  • 30g roasted cashew nuts

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 45 min
Yield: 2 people
