In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
Brown the steaks 2-3 minutes per side in a skillet with a little oil.
Cut the bread in the middle horizontally and to the first part:
a lettuce leaf, a slice of cheese, a few slices of tomato, steak, burger sauce, onion rings, slices of sweet and sour cucumber, a second slice of cheese, again the Hamburger Sauce and finally the second part of the bread.
Serve with chips.

- For 3 Burger
- 3 hamburger buns
- 3 steaks tomato soy
- Basil
- 6 slices cheddar cheese plant style
- Tomato slices
- Lettuce leaves
- Slices of red onion
- sliced dill pickles into slices
- For soft Hamburger Sauce:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup of coffee mustard
- 1 cup of coffee onions semolina
- 3 cup of tomato ketchup
- 2 cups cream soy cooking
Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 25 minutes
Yield: 2 people
