Vegan Bourguignon

How can I do?

In a saucepan, make the chopped onions and fry carrots into thin slices. Everything from the pot remove after a few minutes and set aside.

Add the seitan into chunks, cut into the pot, smoked tofu and dice and fry until golden brown the seitan.

The onions and carrots add again, then the wine. Season with salt and pepper, thyme and bay leaf.

Cook covered for 45 minutes to half, then the mushrooms, cook for another 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end, add the flour and mix well.

Serve hot with strengths.

Ingredients:

  • 500g Seitan
  • 2 onions
  • 100 g smoked tofu
  • 75 cl of red wine
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 can of mushrooms (500 g)
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour cup
  • Thyme, salt, pepper
