How can I do?
In a saucepan, heat the vegetable broth with soy sauce.
The peeled garlic in a mortar after and sterilized. Sesame paste and 4 tbsp. EL vegetable broth.
Mix well to make a smooth paste and slowly the remaining broth, stirring constantly.
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
Meanwhile, fry the onion in a pan with sesame oil. Add vegetables and again for 5 minutes.
Salt and pepper.
Share noodles in a bowl, drizzle with sesame sauce and add the fried vegetables. Garnished with black sesame seeds.

- 400g udon noodles
- 150g red cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 60 oz vegetable broth
- 8 cups tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 cup tablespoons sesame paste (tahini)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 cup of coffee black sesame seeds
