How can I do?
Add the quinoa, lentils and rice in the pot and water (up to 2.5 doses position about 5 glasses of water) and then start cooking (it usually takes about 20 minutes).
If you do not have rice cooker, add the quinoa, lentils and rice in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, put the portions into bowls and add 1/2 to 1 tsp soy sauce bowl (depending on personal taste) and mix.
Finally, add sesame 1cc per dish for decoration. Serve immediately with wok vegetables for example.

- 2.1 glass of white Thai rice
- 5 glasses of water
- 1 cup coffee roasted sesame complete person
- 1 cup of coffee soy sauce (Tamari) per person to taste
