Tofu Dumplings with Dried Tomato, Parmesan and Basil

How can I do?

Draining tofu and crumble into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and mix in the sun dried tomatoes and tofu. Add grated Parmesan, basil and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Add egg and mix well. Make small balls with your hands. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on all sides.

Ingredients:

  • 12 dumplings
  • 100g firm tofu
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2.1 Onion
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup chopped basil
  • Oil
