Tofu Casserole detox vegetables

Broth preparation by soaking for one hour kombu seaweed in a large volume of water.

In strips of carrots and leeks cut. Rehydrate the wakame.

Bring Bring broth to a boil and then toss the carrot and leek. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cut tofu into cubes. Throw in the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
