Broth preparation by soaking for one hour kombu seaweed in a large volume of water.
In strips of carrots and leeks cut. Rehydrate the wakame.
Bring Bring broth to a boil and then toss the carrot and leek. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cut tofu into cubes. Throw in the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Boil the broth for a minute rocket and Wakame.
Give serve together in a bowl. Top with a ladle broth.
The broth is not drunk, it only allows the maintenance of the hot pot.

- 3 cup tablespoons tamari soy sauce
