How can I do?
Prepare coffee in a bowl and add the amaretto.
Egg yolks and sugar white.
Add the mascarpone little by little, until you obtain a smooth cream.
Beat the whites very firm. Add the cream, very gently.
In a bowl or ramekins, place the cream, biscuits dipped in coffee Amaretto mixture and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa. Repeat three times.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
