Terrine millet, carrots and coriander

How can I do?

Rinse, then in boiling water Millet. Preheat oven Th.

Wash and peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Sauté finely chopped onion in a little olive oil. Add the coriander.
Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine the carrots Millet. Add the beaten eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Pour this mixture into a buttered loaf pan. Bake and cook about 40 minutes.

  • 4 or 5 Carrots

  • 1 onion

  • A few leaves of fresh coriander, chopped

  • 2 glasses of millet

  • 3 eggs

  • 150g cream

  • Salt & Pepper
