Tere potato salad with asparagus

How can I do?

Remove the base of the asparagus and cut in Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.

The potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water for 15 minutes. After 5 minutes the asparagus. Drain and refresh.

Chop the onion cut in half with green, cut cherry tomatoes and place in a bowl. Add the potatoes and asparagus. Place in a bowl, olives, pitted and chopped lemon, plucked and chopped parsley. A pinch of salt and pepper. Mixing. Pour and stir this sauce over the vegetables. Serve warm or cold.
  • 200g potato

  • 100g green asparagus

  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 spring onion

  • 10g green olives (4 pieces)

  • 1 c. Coffee lemon juice

  • 2 c. Oil soup (1 tbsp)

  • Some flat-leaf parsley

  • Salt and pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 50 minutes
