How can I do?
Place the dried apricots soaked in a little hot water. Rhubarb cut, wash. Peel the potatoes, cut into thick slices and each slice into 4 (try a size, also cutting for cooking who is).
In a large pan, put olive oil and saute the vegetables for an instant splash of oil. Then add a cup of water (20cl) spices, apricots, cut into 4 coriander and turmeric. Pepper.
After 10 minutes, the potatoes are cooked, stewed rhubarb and water will be reduced. Ask salt before serving.

- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 large stalks of rhubarb
- 1 small bunch of coriander
- 4 dried apricots
- 1.2 cup of coffee ginger
- 2 star anise (star anise)
- Turmeric
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
