Swirl 2 Chocolate and Matcha Tea

How can I do?

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 6). Butter a loaf pan.

In a bowl, with electric mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until they become white and frothy. Pour the melted butter and beat again. Stir in flour and baking powder. Beat again.

Share this dough in the first third, the melted chocolate black with a little milk. Mixing. In the second third, add the melted white chocolate with some milk. Mixing.
In the last third, add a teaspoon of matcha tea rounded coffee. Mixing.

Pour into mold, 3 pasta in the order:
- Dark chocolate (it's the heaviest)
- White Chocolate (liquid)
- Matcha (the last)

Bake the cake for 50 minutes to cook. After 30 minutes, cover it not only tanned for the top with foil.
Allow it to cool the cake before turning out.

  • 180g flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g sugar

  • 100 g butter

  • 1 packet of yeast

  • 100g dark chocolate dessert and milk

  • 100g white chocolate dessert and milk

  • 1 cup of coffee Matcha

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 70 min
