Sweet almond crunchy vegetables

How can I do?

I pour the rice flakes in a container and I add the almond milk. I stand on 15-20 minutes for the rice cereal absorbs some almond milk.

I properly clean the zucchini and I peel the carrot. I finely grate the second I add gomasio, pepper and almonds.

I suggested to integrate the eggs and vegetables. I finish by rice flakes. I mix thoroughly.

In a pan, I pour 1 tsp. Oil and olive soup I cook the meatballs, covered, until browned and crispy (about 10 minutes)

  • 100 g rice flakes
  • 20 cl of almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped gomasio
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
