How can I do?

The yeast in the milk. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk / yeast, butter and eggs.
Knead and let rest the pâte1 hours in the refrigerator.

Roll the dough into a round cake pan (about 1 cm thick).

Let rise for 40 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 120 °.

Mix the cream and brown brown sugar, spread it on the cake.
Bake 25 min.


Ingredients:
  • 25 g powdered sugar

  • 5 g salt

  • 10 cl milk

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 12 g fresh yeast

  • 300 g flour

  • 100g butter

  • 2 5 oz Cream

  • 100 g unrefined whole cane sugar

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 40 min
Yield: 6 people
