Stuffed Zucchini

How can I do?

Cut and peel the carrots and beets. Place in steamer for about twenty minutes.

Hollowing out the zucchini and set aside.

In a bowl, pour the carrot and turnip and a spoonful of curry, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the lemon juice.

Put the mixture into the zucchini and garnish the plate with a plate of figs alfalfa, coriander and oregano.
