How can I do?

Wash, peel and cut the strawberries into pieces.

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the lemon juice.

Crush the biscuits coarsely. Halve in the bottom of four glasses.
Add mascarpone cheese, strawberries and a little English cream.
Repeat the process ends with the mascarpone.

Garnish with a few pieces of strawberries. Keep at least two hours before serving.
