How can I do?
In a saucepan, heat milk, rapadura and honey.
Meanwhile, chop the white chocolate in a bowl. The hot milk over the chocolate. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Add olive oil in power. Again by stirring to form a smooth paste.
Pour into a jar of jam. Store in a refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 3 cl of olive oil
- 60g pine honey
- 2 tablespoons rapadura
- 10 ml milk (plants or not)
