How can I do?In a saucepan, combine the cream of rice with 600 ml of water (about 2.5 to 3 times the volume of water lenses) by means of a whip. Then add the lentils and spices.
Cook over low heat for 10-20 minutes (cooking time depends on how long soaking) until the mixture forms a sort of puree. Do not hesitate, stir with a whisk while cooking, so do not make the cream of rice clumps.
Adjust seasoning and cream cheese is ready!
Serve warm or cold as desired on a slice of your favorite bread, toast or crackers. Alternatively, you can can cut vegetable sticks, immerse yourself in this creamy preparation.
