How can I do?

Peel and slice onions. Fry in a pan over high heat with a little neutral oil. Add sugar and mix well. Leave on low heat.

Remove the cooked onions in the bowl of a food processor with the mustard, a pinch of white pepper, pinch of salt and apple cider vinegar. Mixer thirty seconds.

Add tofu and run the mixer for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Debit cucumber into small pieces and stir in cream.
