How can I do?

In a Dutch oven, brown in a little olive oil, chopped onion and spelled. The peeled tomatoes, 1 liter of water, salt, pepper and bouquet garni.

After quarter of an hour ajoutter carrots cut into small cubes and the chopped leek, 1 crushed clove of garlic.

Simmer 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.

  • 250g small spelled

  • 1 onion

  • 500g peeled tomatoes

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 leek

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 bouquet garni, salt, pepper.
