Soybean cake with vegetables and brown rice

Begin by cooking the brown rice according to instructions on the package.

In a wok, pour, heat olive oil and the chopped onion. Once the onions lightly browned, add the diced soy patties to make them brown evenly.

Then add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and cover the wok. Kiss the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
