Sorbet with Lavender

How can I do?

Do give a syrup by dissolving the water, sugar and honey in a saucepan.

Add lavender, turn off heat and cover. Leave to steep for half an hour. To filter and cool completely.

When very cold, the lemon juice, then follow the instructions for the ice maker.
  • 2.1 liters of water

  • 150g sugar

  • 100g honey

  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender edible

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
