How can I do?

I rinse the lentils under cold water and I chopped onion

In a Dutch oven, add chopped onion in a little olive oil I with a pinch of cumin and a pinch of coriander. I add the lentils, cover with water only flush dirty and pepper, and simmer about 20 minutes.

I then added then cover the tofu sausages and steamed vegetables and again and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
