Sauce with peas and rocket

How can I do?

Melting vegetable margarine in a frying pan over low heat. Chop the onion. Do it gently in the butter, then add the peas. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the vegetable broth and 5 minutes.

Add the arugula and cook for 1 more minute. Blend the mixture to get peas / rocket on a fairly fine puree. Then add the olive oil, pepper, salt and mix. Add the cream to a smooth sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary and with the sauce over fresh pasta.

  • 150g rocket
  • 300g peas
  • 1 spring onion
  • 20 cl vegetables gluten
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 50 cl liquid cream soy
  • 1 knob of non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine
  • Salt and pepper
