Roquefort and walnut toast

How can I do?

Toast the bread. In the toaster or under the grill for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the cream and Roquefort. Add oil and mix some more.

In another bowl, combine the nuts, sugar and ginger.
Spread the bread with cheese. Spread a bit of nut mixture on top. And you spend three minutes under the grill.
It is finished!
  • 2 slices of bread (rye in my case)

  • 2 cup chopped Roquefort

  • 1 cup cream (or yogurt)

  • 1 cup coffee walnut oil

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar cup

  • 1 pinch of ginger

  • chopped some nuts coarsely

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 6 min
Yield: 2 people
