How can I do?Toast the bread. In the toaster or under the grill for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the cream and Roquefort. Add oil and mix some more.
In another bowl, combine the nuts, sugar and ginger.
Spread the bread with cheese. Spread a bit of nut mixture on top. And you spend three minutes under the grill.
It is finished!
- 2 slices of bread (rye in my case)
- 2 cup chopped Roquefort
- 1 cup cream (or yogurt)
- 1 cup coffee walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar cup
- 1 pinch of ginger
- chopped some nuts coarsely
Yield: 2 people
