Ricotta cake, dried tomatoes and peppers

How can I do?

In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, cottage cheese and fresh basil. Season and mix everything thoroughly.

Then add the yeast and mix with a spoon.

Cut dried tomatoes and green peppers into small pieces and add them into the mix.

Grease a loaf pan and pour your preparation.

Preheat oven to 210 ° C and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
