Butter a deep bowl and put some raspberries.

Mix cornstarch, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg yolks and whole eggs. Gradually stir in milk and cheese.

The dough over the fruit and bake at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 45 minutes.

  • 400g raspberries
  • 60g cornflour
  • 110 g icing sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 2 glasses of cheese to 20%
  • 25 cl milk
