Quinoa with vegetable couscous

How can I do?

Add the onion and fry in oil Cuisiline ® 4 spices.
Add vegetables, Ras El Hanout and 1 cup water.
Cover, reduce the heat and let 20mn. 5 minutes before end of cooking time, place the almonds.

Boil 4 cups of salt water with turmeric and a pinch of salt. Place the quinoa, reduce heat and leave covered for 15 minutes.
Wait 10 minutes to also cover off the heat.

  • 300g frozen carrots
  • 300g frozen zucchini Duo
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup quinoa blond
  • 1 cup red quinoa
  • 4 tablespoons oil Cuisiline ® 4 Spices
  • 2 cup coffee turmeric
  • 3 cup chopped almonds
  • 3 cup of coffee Ras el Hanout
