Quinoa with carrots

How can I do?

Rinse the quinoa under cold running water for 1 minute and chopped vegetables into small pieces.

In a frying pan, 1 tablespoon oil and enter the onions, carrots and shallots 3 minutes. Add 2.1 tsp curry and garlic and cook 1 minute. Then add the quinoa to the pan and fry it all over again for 3 minutes. Then, water (twice the volume of what you put as quinoa). Cook until water evaporates completely and refill if necessary (about twenty minutes).

Then give the wine (if you ask me why I would the wine I say, it was an impulse … the bottle was in front of me, and I had no time to say: "Phew" that my hand was already confiscated and poured the soup spoon in the pan !!) and coconut milk.

Simmer until the quinoa is cooked (see germs from small spheres). Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • 2 small carrots
  • 90 g rice mixture
  • Andes millet
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp red wine (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 180 ml water
  • Sesame seeds
