Quinoa Salad Oriental

How can I do?

Quinoa Rinse several times with clear water. Cook according to package directions (12 minutes usually). The raisins in boiling water to make them swell.

Meanwhile, toast almonds lightly with non-stick pan.
Let the quinoa and raisins. All ingredients, spices and garnished with a mint leaf. Cooling and before serving in the fridge.



Ingredients:
  • 200g quinoa

  • 2.1 cucumber, diced

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

  • 75g raisins

  • 10 radishes, cut into 4

  • 4 c. Tablespoons chopped fresh mint

  • 2 c. chopped fresh parsley

  • 2 c. with flaked almonds

  • 1 c. Coffee ground cumin

  • 2 c. Tablespoon sesame oil

  • Juice of one lime

  • Salt and pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 35 minutes
Yield: 4 people
