Quinoa cookies and chocolate chip

How can I do?

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Add the egg and mix. Stir in margarine. Mixing.

Add the vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Knead the dough with your fingers to incorporate the ingredients.

Form a large ball and cover with plastic wrap. In the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 6). Place the paper on a baking sheet. Make small heaps on the baking paper. Around and exercising regularly cookies, a cookie cutter.

Bake 10-15. Cool cookies on a wire rack.

  • 65g quinoa flour
  • 60g wheat flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 50g margarine (or butter)
  • 1 egg
  • 45 g chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
