Puree beans

How can I do?

Cook 6 minutes your beans in salt water.

Drain and immediately plunge them into ice water with a few ice cubes to keep the beautiful green color.

Dripping again and mix it with olive oil.

Add salt if necessary and pepper and the parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients:

  • 450g frozen peeled beans
  • One beautiful shot of olive oil
  • chopped parsley or coriander
  • Salt and pepper
