Pistachio cream and white chocolate

How can I do?

Put the corn flour and sugar in a saucepan and cold milk-y. Stir and heat gently.

Add the pistachio paste and white chocolate squares. Stirring from time to time to thicken the cream. Pour into ramekins and place in the cold before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 cup chopped pistachio paste
  • 8 white chocolate squares
  • 60g cornflour
  • 80g sugar
