How can I do?

Unroll the pizza dough onto a lined baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 220 ° C

Lay on tomato puree pulp, with enough of a limit of about 1 cm paste. Then cover with spinach, leaving a margin of about 2 cm of tomato paste. Finally, add in the middle of mascarpone. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour a thin drizzle of olive oil at the edges of the pizza.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired crispness.
