Parsley salad

Remove stems and chop the leaves 2 large bunches of parsley menu. Add 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pureed. Pressed season with 3 tablespoons olive oil cold and the juice of 1 lemon, then add a little salt.


Potato Soup

Put 3 large tablespoons sesame paste in a bowl. Drizzle with the juice of 2 lemons and 2.1 cup of water. 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Serve Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
Ingredients:
  • Two beautiful bunches of parsley

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2.1 cup water

  • Salt and pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 people
