Panna Cotta with Mango

How can I do?

Heat the cream with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Be careful not to boil. Remove the vanilla and cinnamon.

From the heat enter the agar agar and hand gently 1 minute stirring

3 Cut distribute the mango into small pieces in the three glasses and with cream. To allow to cool in air.
When cool sprinkle with coconut, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom moulue.Laisser then at least 2h refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • 50cl light cream 4%
  • 10 g unrefined whole cane sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2g agar
  • 6 mangoes ripe wild good
  • Coconut powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
