Pancakes with cranberries

How can I do?

Heat in a saucepan, sugar, rice syrup and butter until sugar is dissolved.

Add the oatmeal with fruit SECCS. Mix well so that all the oats are coated.

Pour into molds mini-cakes. Pack it well with your fingers. For your convenience, moisten your finger to prevent caking flakes and bake 15 minutes at 180 °.

Let cool completely before unmolding.

Save a week in an airtight container.
Ingredients:

  • 8 rods 8 cm:
  • 125g rolled oats
  • 40g sugar cane blond
  • 50 g rice syrup
  • 50g non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine
  • 2 cup chopped cranberries
  • 2 cup chopped raisins
