Oat cookies with cream cheese

How can I do?

In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Stir in the oats and let them go. Add the diced tomatoes.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté in 1 tablespoon olive oil soup, add the coriander, salt and pepper.

Add the onion to the mix. Put on the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then let stand for 1 hour. The oatmeal should have absorbed almost all the liquid.

The remaining oil in a pan. Send preparation and mix with a fork like scrambled eggs. Cook for about 10 minutes.

The mixture is poured into molds and invert onto plates.

Coarse mash the cream cheese with a fork. Frozen with salt, pepper and parsley. Form into balls, then roll in sesame seeds.

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato beef heart
  • 1 cup frozen chopped coriander
  • 1 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons cup + for cooking
  • Salt and pepper
  • 75g cream cheese such as St. Moret ®
  • Frozen 3 cup chopped parsley
  • Sesame seeds
