Reached sauce with white wine, water, oil, tomato paste, lemon juice. Add sugar, the acidity of the tomatoes, parsley and bay leaf will reduce. After boil, simmer for 10 minutes.   • 3 c. Coffee tomato paste
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 c. Coffee with sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 or 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 spring onions
  • Salt and pepper
Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 50 minutes Yield: 4 people
