Moist millet flakes, ginger and poppy

How can I do?

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 6). Grease 6 muffin cups.

In a bowl, combine flour, millet flakes and yeast. Crack an egg and mix. Stir in the milk and oil and mix.

Add the agave nectar, ginger and poppy seeds. Mixing.

Pour this batter into pans and bake 20min.Laissez soft cool on a rack at room temperature.

  • 40g flour half

  • Complete

  • 60g millet flakes

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

  • 10cl of milk powder (10 cl water + 10 g milk powder)

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • ½ teaspoon

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 40 min
Yield: 6 people
