Melt the coconut

How can I do?

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder, flour and salt.

Knead the dough by hand until smooth. Make small balls.

Place on an oiled baking at th6 oven (180 °) plate. Monitoring during cooking and remove from the oven, so it does not remain.

Heat the jam in a saucepan or in the microwave.
Dip each ball into the still-warm jam a few minutes, it impregnated good, and then roll in coconut.

  • 350g flour

  • 2 eggs

  • Sugar 175 g

  • 200 ml oil

  • 2.1 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 300 g apricot jam (or other)

  • 180 g of coconut

  • 1 pinch of salt
